Day of Event On-site Coordination
 
If you need help only on the day of your event, we can help you:
  • Organize and direct the event flow
  • Help/coordinate room decoration, setup, layout, and clean up
  • Coordinate and pay vendors
  • Meet and greet guests

Consultation Fee-0-
Security Deposit to hold your date$300.00
Total Fee for coordinating your event is 15% of the final billing.
Due 3 weeks in full before the event.
